The venue is new, location in a lovely central area of London, we felt like home here. It has marvellous and excellent setting just next door to Lancaster Gate tube station and access to Hyde Park as well as restaurants and Hyde Park.

Really great stay for an overnight business trip. Great setting just off shops, restaurants and Kensington Gardens, and Lancaster Gate tube station and access to Hyde Park. Btw, located close to underground. Large and airy room with amazing views, plenty of kitchen equipment, bedrooms.

I appreciated the place, it was nice and clean and had particularly good and excellent location near parks, shops, restaurants and trains, Lancaster Gate tube station and access to Hyde Park, and a lovely central area of London. Rooms were all airy with amazing views.

Stayed at this property with my family and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment had everything we needed, including 2 bedrooms with full beds, 2 bathrooms, and a separate living room with a pullout bed. The location was superb, with a tube stop just a 2-minute walk away and Hyde Park nearby. The highlight of our stay, however, was the incredibly helpful property manager. She provided constant communication and even gave us adapters for our devices. Would definitely recommend Westbourne Residence for a family stay in London.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room at Westbourne Residence. The location was brilliant, close to Hyde Park and with excellent tube connections. The staff treated us well and made us feel at home.
Would have been nice to have more variety in the breakfast offerings.
